Chad Hopkins,  Owner

Chad has been working on air conditioning systems for as long as he can remember. Working closely with his father, he learned all aspects of the field before he was even out of school. This allowed him to excel rapidly and receive his Air Conditioning journeymen from FACAA by the age of 20. Since then he has also received certifications by NATE, North American Technician Excellence, NCI, National Comfort Institute, and others. He has also been recognized by Lennox for his outstanding service and reputation. He specializes in complex HVAC design, air flow diagnostics, variable speed/high efficiency units and solar powered cooling. Chad is native to Palm Beach County, has been married for almost 15 years and has three children with his wife Elisa.


Douglas Hopkins,  Qualifier

Douglas has been servicing air conditioning systems in Palm Beach County since 1977. He holds his State of Florida Class A Unlimited Air Conditioning Contractors License, is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist and continues to attend several seminars and courses in the field to stay current with new technology. Douglas has been married for almost 35 years and has two grown children, both of which continue to work for Hopkins Air Conditioning. Douglas is now retired and left his company's good reputation in his sons' capable hands. Retirement has not slowed him down, and he and his wife now spend their time and energy volunteering in countries struck by natural disasters.


Hopkins Office Support

She then began working with children for a non-profit organization. She later joined her husband Chad at Hopkins Air Conditioning in 2009 and has been running the business with him since.</p> <p><strong>Ashley Hopkins-Greene, Administrator.</strong></p> <p>Ashley began her work experience with Hopkins Air working directly with her father Douglas and brother Chad. She then attended college for Business Administration, got married, and later returned to Hopkins Air and has been a true asset.</p>


Evier,  Retrofit Supervisor

Evier was born in Cuba and came to America known very little English in 2006. He quickly began working in HVAC and enrolled in college to obtain his certification. His hard work ethics and determination to succeed has been his biggest asset. With over 10 years&#8217; experience he is now one of the best technicians in the HVAC field. Evier was recently promoted as Retrofit Supervisor and oversees all team members on the change out crews.


Ashley,  Technician Supervisor

Ashley received his certification from FACAA and has been working in air conditioning for over 10 years with Hopkins Air Conditioning. As Technician Supervisor he is responsible for assuring that all technicians are fully stocked, ready to run calls every week and are clear and concise in their diagnosing. His customer service and problem solving knowledge is unmatched. Ashley recently became NCI certified assuring that our customers units are functioning at optimal performance.


Phil, Comfort Advisor

<p>Phil comes to us originally from Massachusetts. He went to school for carpentry and masonry work, but decided he enjoyed working with people instead. Along with his wife, they opted for a change in scenery and weather and moved to Florida. West Palm Beach is where he began his career as a comfort adviser working for other ac companies before joining the Hopkins Team. He has the knowledge and ability to be able to customize the perfect system to fit a customers needs. Phil enjoys spending time at the beach and a night out on the town with his wife.</p>


Xavier,  Technician

Xavier is no stranger to the HVAC field; his father was employed by Douglas Hopkins in the 90's. Years later and now a nephew to Chad through marriage, he demonstrated that he wanted to learn as much as he could in the field. He came on board with Hopkins Air Conditioning in 2014 and is currently completing his apprenticeship certification through FACAA. His focus is Precision Tune Ups, and although is young he is extremely thorough and knowledgeable.
